First, I did not buy a car at Aloha. I did have an amazing experience and the only reason the sale did not happen was because the dealership found report of damage on the carfax report that they pulled, I didn’t even have to ask! Deposit was paid and they were more interested in a happy customer than just another sale. 10/10, Steve was honest and he has my trust! Vincent was helpful and patient. Used car shopping is a minefield of dishonesty and greed, but I don’t think that’s the case at Aloha Auto!

Aloha Auto Depot – excellent selling experience.After a frustrating, drawn-out process elsewhere, Aloha Auto Depot was a breath of fresh air.They came in with a strong first offer of $10,600, adjusted about $700 for minor items, and landed at $9,900. Clear, straightforward, and no gimmicks.Professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend if you want a smooth, no-nonsense transaction!

I recently visited the dealership because my compact car was starting to feel too small for me and my growing kids. My financial situation isn’t the greatest right now since I’m currently in debt consolidation, where they advise against making big purchases and warn that your credit score may drop before it improves. Because of that, I was very hesitant about even coming in, but I went with the intention of sticking firmly to my budget.From the beginning, Stanford was very communicative and helpful. Even though the first vehicle I was interested in ended up being sold, I truly believe it happened for a reason. In the end, I was still able to leave the dealership with exactly what I came in hoping for.I walked in prepared for a lot of back and forth, but Stanford was able to work with me and give me what I asked for without the usual stress. The entire process was smooth and surprisingly fast, especially for a Sunday.Great service overall, and my family and I left very happy. I really appreciate the honesty and effort that went into making this happen.

Sam at Aloha Auto is awesome! Helped me secure one of my dream cars and was super professional and courteous in the sales process, from one sales man to another he didn’t push and he was fully open!GM and finance were easy and awesome to work with as well and there prices are some of the best not only in Hawaii but in the Nation! Absolutely will recommend to anyone looking for any vehicle.
